The schedule & format will be sent in advance
Multiple Teams from HS and Club accepted – please designate name and age group for playday
The 7 Aside Entry Form is required for the team’s confirmation - team contact will receive all information
All individuals in the event must have completed all required waivers & forms - all contactless, do not mail forms in
Rosters – we ask each team contact to submit a roster list that can be shared with RAD, llc, electronically or day of
Teams guaranteed 4 games, additional games potentially added with additional registrants
